Hello Members

 

Instead of having a Chair & Co-Chair for Home and Garden, we are now looking for one or two people to manage one event. There are several ladies that have already committed to managing an event:

 

September Chrys Rhodes will manage an event at the Charlotte Garden Club " Container Gardening"

December Robin Meeks is going to offer a "Make Holiday Craft" event

February Marty Martin will offer a "Spring Wreath making class"

In the spring Judy Nunnenkamp will manage a "Tour of the Maple Gardens"

 

I am looking for volunteers to come up with an idea and manage the event --I will or someone else will help you with the website work - setting up the event, creating the email etc. - so no worries if the website work is intimidating. 

 

We need ideas for the following months:

October, November, January, March, April or May (maple walk may be one of these months), June

 

Please contact me directly if you are interested in helping out--and thank you, thank you, thank you. Home and Garden events are so much fun I just don't want to walk away from this club...lets try and save it for this year.
