Good Evening Ladies,
It has come to my attention that a couple of members didn't get the invite for Mah Jongg play this week. This explains the low registration count (only 2 members) that prompted me to cancel the event today. I plan on reviewing all the scheduled emails tomorrow.
I would like to take this opportunity to review a few things with you.
- I will cancel Mah Jongg if we have less than 4 members registered.
- Registration emails are scheduled to go out every Wednesday morning at 8am. If you do not receive an email to register, please check the CWC Calendar to make sure the event is still scheduled.
- I will send reminder emails to all registrants prior to the event. If your plans change, please cancel registration or contact me via text or email and I will be happy to cancel it for you.
- Until the temperatures get cooler, we will meet on the lower level of Whole Foods.
- The last Tuesday of the month, we meet at DeSano Pizzeria.
- If you have a set, please be sure to bring it with you.
On a personal note, I will be leaving for Florida to care for my sister on Monday, 9/29. I do not know when I will be able to play again until I work out a schedule with her family. If a regular player is willing to help with the randomized seating, please let me know.
I will continue to monitor club emails, so please text me if you need to reach me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
